Damages in Transit
Great care is taken in packaging your products, however on the rare occasion products are damaged in transit from the workshop to the order address. This must be reported within the first week of delivery. If the products can be easily fixed this will be done free of charge. If it is damaged beyond repair the item/s will be exchanged however this will only be possible once photographs of the damage to the outer packaging, the items and the inner packaging is sent to Granby Workshop for insurance purposes.
Refunds or exchanges do not apply to items that have been damaged by staff or customers. This is why faults must be reported in the first week of delivery.
All Granby Workshop products are developed and tested carefully and care instructions are always provided. Should you be displeased with a Granby Workshop product or believe that there is a fault with the item please get in touch within a week of delivery. You will need to provide photographs of the item/s. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty from its manufacture and an exchange will apply in this instance.
Due to the nature of the production processes, there will be a degree of variety in colours and appearance - every product is different. If you have specific preferences, please notify us of these with your order, otherwise variations within colour ways will not be accepted as the basis for the return of product.
All products are made to order and once production has started the order cannot be cancelled.
